Brakes, AC, suspension work - they do everything and do it at reasonable prices and with openness on the entire process that most places wouldn’t even think of. They are patient with people who are not car-minded like myself. I will continue to tell all my friends and family to go to Doc’s!

I recently brought my vehicle into Doc Motor Works for an oil change, but what really impressed me was how they handled an unexpected issue. A possum had made its way into my engine compartment and unfortunately didn’t make it out. The team took care of the removal, thoroughly cleaned everything, and helped me get rid of the odor. They were professional, honest, and fair with their pricing. It would have been easy to overcharge for a situation like that, but they didn’t. Great customer service and a team that genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend.

Doc Motor Works has always done a great job servicing my pick up trucks. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and have always had the vehicle ready when promised. Al is great about taking time to explain the service or repairs needed. I am looking forward to seeing their new location.

Doc’s has been consistently honest and dependable for me for over ten years. With their help I’ve been able to keep multiple vehicles running for 200k+ miles. I always know they’ll be transparent in their pricing. Estimates are clear. Work is completed on time and with appropriate warranties that they stand by. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Great independent option for locals. Friendly team and strong customer service—they made the process easy. I appreciated that they tried a simpler fix first before moving to a bigger repair when it didn’t hold. Turnaround time was longer than expected but the loaner service helped. Pricing felt fair but on the higher-end for an independent shop. So far the A/C is working well—time will tell on long-term durability, but early results are positive.

We’ve had two vehicles repaired at Doc Works. Both are well over 100,000 miles. Maintenance issues I have put off for quite a while. The vehicles were returned to us as if lthey were brand new again. I highly recommend them for customer service and mechanical expertise.

Asked Doc Motor Works to confirm if service was actually needed. They checked and provided an estimate. Compared multiple estimates and Doc MW was the most fair. We reviewed numerous notes about Doc MW and found a lot of good comments. They also 'back up' their work with their warranty. They were easy to work with and communication was on-point / clear.
