I brought my child’s car here after being told I need to pay 12k plus for a new engine along with a dozen other things somewhere else. I’m so glad I got a second opinion at Docs! Bill was amazing!! He was very thorough and we did not need a whole new engine. He fixed multiple issues for much much less than I was quoted elsewhere. Docs was HONEST, and pricing was absolutely fair for the work that was done. Super bonus that they have the most adorable interior play area to keep the little kids entertained if you have to wait. I will never use another shop again. I highly recommend this place. 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

As I walked in, I noticed the facility was well kept up and was very surprised about how well they utilized their waiting area, it is so diverse and very welcoming to children to have a great experience while waiting with their parent. What took their level of customer service to the highest level was their response to my emergency, they were equipped with a device and I received aid immediately. That kind of response came from within who they are as people, that’s the environment I want to be in. I truly appreciated the level of courtesy for my personal care, while waiting for my vehicle to be service.

Very nice and Cooperative people. I did oil change of My civic. Stmosphere for Customer area is nice childcare play area also there. Inside mechanic also brief me about the problem and diagnosis. Scot and other CS are both very nice people.

I have had a lot of work done lately on my car, and I can't compliment the staff enough. They take the time to explain everything that needs to be done, how it will be done, and how much it will cost BEFORE they start. They never talk down to you and never seem impatient with my zillion questions. Just great people to work with.

Had a good experience with my mom’s car with an oil change. I had a
leak fixed and a tune up on my car. They also put in my air and cabin filters. Everyone is so nice there. Now that we’re out of the warranties with the dealer, we don’t need to go back 😁😁

Analysis of my car manual transmission shifting problems. The analysis and the atmosphere is friendly, precise and very pleasant. The most pleasant l have seen. Besides the diagnosis l did not order the recommended repair because too expensive for my old car. It’s a very good shop and probably l’ll get back in the future.

I had a great experience. They were prompt and very communicative.

The staff were extremely friendly. Oil change took under an hour. Waiting in their waiting room was enjoyable as there were lots of fun toys and pictures to help pass time. Chairs were comfortable.
